The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Wildlife Habitats Incentives Program (WHIP) are cost share programs available in Washington County through the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Visit the NRCS website or call our office for more information on the types of programs you may qualify for.
