The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Wildlife Habitats Incentives Program (WHIP) are cost share programs available in Washington County through the National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The Environmental Quality Incentive Program Application Deadline for 2011 funding is 10/29/2010. The applications will be ranked by 1/2/2011 and contracts obligated by 4/1/2011.
